This pilot proposal is designed to give Collier Area Transit a clear, low-risk way to evaluate how simulator-based training can enhance driver development across both fixed-route and paratransit operations.

 

Beyond immediate training value, the pilot is intended to help inform the design, capabilities, and long-term impact of your new training facility, ensuring any future investment is both effective and aligned with your operational goals.

All options are open for discussion, all simulators are modular and can be improved over time, and while we focus on a simulator here, we have tablet, web, phone, PC, and VR options available.
