SCIENTIST is seeking a skilled Data Scientist to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making processes for our virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling, along with experience working with large datasets and extracting actionable insights. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects spanning various industries, including bus driving transit authorities, tourism, education, and medical sectors.





What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, collect and preprocess data, and develop analytical solutions to address business challenges.

  • Apply machine learning techniques, statistical models, and predictive analytics to analyze complex datasets and extract meaningful insights that drive product development and decision-making.

  • Design and implement experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of VR/AR experiences and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Develop algorithms and models to personalize user experiences, optimize content delivery, and enhance engagement metrics.

  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics frameworks to support ongoing data analysis and reporting needs.

  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through data visualizations, presentations, and written reports.

  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in data science, machine learning, and VR/AR technology, and leverage emerging techniques and tools to enhance analytical capabilities.

Who You are

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, or related roles


  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Strong understanding of statistical methods, experimental design, and hypothesis testing.

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Tableau.

  • Experience working with VR/AR data or immersive technologies

  • Familiarity with big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).  Knowledge of deep learning techniques and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
