SALES MANAGER

MXTreality.com is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our efforts in selling virtual training experiences to various industries, including bus driving transit authorities, tourist locations, education, and medical sectors. The ideal candidate will oversee sales operations across the entire US and should possess a background in sales, coupled with a strong knowledge of virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), mobile applications, driving simulators, educational methodologies, and tourism experiences. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target bus driving transit authorities and other relevant industries.

  • Conduct regular business reviews with senior leadership to understand market trends, customer needs, and sales performance.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop innovative VR, AR, mobile, and holographic solutions tailored to client requirements.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive product and analytics vision for virtual training experiences.

Who You are

  • Bachelor's degree

  •  

  • 8+ years of sales experience, preferably in technology or related fields

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

  • Strong understanding of virtual reality, augmented reality, and related technologies

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Master's degree in business administration or related field

  •  

  • Experience in selling to bus driving transit authorities or similar organizations

  •  

  • Knowledge of driving simulators, educational methodologies, and tourism industry

  •  

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
