Learning about the driver safety door

Since COVID times, bus drivers were an essential part of helping everyone get back to work.

In doing so, they put themselves at risk of exposure to COVID and other airborne illnesses. Consequently, a new driver safety shield was implemented into buses that allow them to be protected from passenger's germs. In addition to the new door, drivers in training need to learn how to operate it.

Here's an example of a work in progress shield. Notice the details, like the hydraulic arm. In the final version, operators will learn and be tested on it's operation
